Licensing Questions
Choose Personal Use if you're creating materials for your own classroom or personal projects. Choose Small Commercial Use if you're creating finished educational resources or other permitted products that you plan to sell. When in doubt, consider whether the finished product will be sold—if yes, you'll generally need the Small Commercial Use license.
Yes! If you plan to sell resources you create using Giggles & Grins graphics, you'll need a Small Commercial Use license.For the best value, you can purchase the Small Commercial Use version of the graphic set when you first buy it. If you originally purchase a Personal Use set and later decide you'd like to sell resources you've created with those graphics, you can return and purchase the $15 Commercial License Add-On for that collection.The graphics must be incorporated into a finished educational resource and may not be redistributed, extracted, or resold as clip art. Finished files should be flattened or otherwise secured so the original artwork cannot be easily removed.
No. Giggles & Grins graphics may not be used in Canva templates, editable templates, or other products where the artwork can be moved, extracted, downloaded, copied, or reused by the end user.Commercial products created with Giggles & Grins graphics must be provided as finished, flattened, or otherwise secured files so the original artwork cannot be accessed or redistributed.
