Choose Small Commercial Use if you're creating finished educational resources or other permitted products that you plan to sell. When in doubt, consider whether the finished product will be sold—if yes, you'll generally need the Small Commercial Use license.

Can I use Giggles & Grins graphics in resources I sell on Teachers Pay Teachers?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you plan to sell resources you create using Giggles & Grins graphics, you'll need a Small Commercial Use license.For the best value, you can purchase the Small Commercial Use version of the graphic set when you first buy it. If you originally purchase a Personal Use set and later decide you'd like to sell resources you've created with those graphics, you can return and purchase the $15 Commercial License Add-On for that collection.The graphics must be incorporated into a finished educational resource and may not be redistributed, extracted, or resold as clip art. Finished files should be flattened or otherwise secured so the original artwork cannot be easily removed.

Can I share the graphics with another teacher or colleague?

Accepted Answer

No. Your license is for the original purchaser only. The original graphic files may not be shared, transferred, emailed, posted to shared drives, or distributed to another person. Each person who wants to use the graphics must purchase their own license.

Can I use the graphics in editable resources or Canva templates?

Accepted Answer

No. Giggles & Grins graphics may not be used in Canva templates, editable templates, or other products where the artwork can be moved, extracted, downloaded, copied, or reused by the end user.Commercial products created with Giggles & Grins graphics must be provided as finished, flattened, or otherwise secured files so the original artwork cannot be accessed or redistributed.

How many Giggles & Grins characters can I use in one commercial product?

Accepted Answer

The Small Commercial Use license allows up to 50 Giggles & Grins characters in a single commercial product. If your project requires more than 50 characters, please contact Giggles & Grins for additional licensing options.

What if I need broader commercial rights?

Accepted Answer

If your project falls outside the Small Commercial Use license—such as requiring additional characters, broader distribution, or other expanded usage—please contact Giggles & Grins to discuss an Extended Commercial License.
